We the People Have the Right to PrivacyWe the people…begins the preamble. The people meaning citizens of the United States have the right to protecting our rights. We as citizens have many rights to protect and one of them is the right of privacy. In the United States, privacy is an interesting issue. One topic that revolves around privacy is abortion. Abortion is known to be the termination of a pregnancy in other words, killing the fetus. Abortion has been going on for decades so there is no shocker that in this time we are still dealing with abortion. It has been going on before we were ever born. It was during the Egyptian era that Abortion developed. Back then people used to get pregnant because there was nothing for women to do besides taking care of the household, which isn’t much of a change in the 21st century. They were having babies from left to right. I’m pretty sure some of the women didn’t want to keep getting pregnant or maybe it was a “mistake”. Either way, abortion came in. At that time they didn’t have hospitals, doctors, nurses, and surgical items so they thought of handling the business by letting the women do rigorous activities such as strenuous labor, climbing, weightlifting, and diving. They also thought of other techniques such as pouring hot water onto the abdomen.
