Personal Narrative- Spending Labor Day Weekend with My Sister's Family

It is a scorching day. All day long I have been trying to figure out what to do for Labor Day weekend. What will my plans be? I feel like I have paced the room all day long. My legs feel limber, my shirt is moist, my feet are exhausted and my face is humid. I decide to walk around the enormous campus. There are people playing football in the grass. They seem like they are having intense fun. Some of their faces are red as if drained or worn out. Others are sweaty. Their clothes have mud and dirt stains. I want to play but I would feel so out of place. I know absolutely nothing about football and have never found it to be interesting. I call my cousin to see if he has any plans for today but he takes too long to call me back, so I call my sister. There we have it my plans for the weekend. I have not seen her in a decade or longer. Will this be an awkward meeting?

I reminisce about the last time I saw her. She was a milk chocolate, average height teenager, with a small frame. Her eyes were the color of a snickers bar and shaped like a basketball with a small slant. Her hair was the color of charcoal, coarse, and short. We never talked much, but when we did it was never a friendly encounter. Our relationship could have been compared to that of two boxers in a match about to fight.
