Analysis of "Lord of the Flies"

The lord of flies is a very fascinating book that is about the life of a child exploring into the realm of manhood unsupervised with many blockades that involve reliability and friendship. The plot of this story focuses mostly upon unity that the children create between themselves which eventually leads them to a huge collapse. The children faced many difficulties including starvation and isolation. As we come to look deeper into the novel we find the major theme, the turning point, and a statement about society.A major theme of this novel is freedom. Freedom is something that most if not all humans yearn for. Today people censure the society, family, and the government and order from them to relax their hands from delicate things .However what we do with the freedom when it is granted. What happens when a bunch of school kids are left on an island with natural profusion. The answer is they simply don’t be pleased about it.The major turning point in the novel is when Jack rebels and forms his own tribe, resulting in a conflict between his boys and Ralph’s. Other turning points are when piggy died by a rock that hit him in the head and another is when they make a ship to get off the island.The lord of the flies illustrates a picture of our society today.
